Trailer Released for Upcoming Apocalyptic Comedy ‘Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World’
Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World tells the story of two quirky characters Penny and Dodge played by Keira Knightley and Steve Carell, who after finding out the world will end in 3 weeks decide to go on a road trip with the intentions of reuniting Dodge with his high school sweetheart but unfortunately things don’t go to plan.
The movie is both written and directed by Lorene Scafaria, who wrote the excellent Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist. Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World will be released June 22, 2012

I love this take on the end of the world. Normally, I’m not much into comedy mixing with my apocalypse, but I kinda dig this use of indie rom-com take on it. I’m looking forward to it.
