Summary:
The Last City (previously titled Tribes of October) is set in a post-apocalyptic future where New York is surrounded by an endless expanse of desolate wasteland. Cut off by the impassable desert and living in an environment where none of the technology built after 1960 works anymore. The city has returned to the perilous mafia era of the past, where mafia warlords now threaten to overrun the city’s law enforcement. A detective (Ray Stevenson) risks everything to take to down the mafia kingpin (James Caan) before he destroys what remains of the NYPD.
