The Divide preview
A new post-apocalyptic film is coming soon called The Divide. Michael Biehn from Terminator fame stars in this heavily New York-centric end of the world film.
A group of people in an apartment building survive some unknown city-levelling explosion and must now survive the close quarters of their basement shelter. Check out the trailer below:
On paper, this scenario has been done too much already. REC did it quite well, though its American remake Quarantine not so much.
And yet, this trailer looks like a pretty strong entry into the crowded genre. There are some fresh perspectives here that I’m hoping will pan out.
