Seconds before Earth is demolished to make way for a new hyperspace express way, everyman Arthur Dent is whisked away into space by Ford his best friend, who reveals that he’s not actually human but an alien from another planet who had advanced knowledge of the Earths impending destruction. Together they hitch a ride on a spaceship and begin a galactic adventure of a lifetime whilst searching for the answers to the meaning of life, the universe and everything!
