Solar Warriors is set many years after the world is decimated by nuclear war and the Earth has become an arid desert. The worlds limited remaining water supplies are controlled by a greedy corporation called E-Protectorate. The corporation increases their control over the population by forcing children into their “training camps,” which are nothing more than dilapidated orphanages. There they are trained to become future enforcers of the oppressive regime. The teenagers also compete against each other in skateball tournaments, and it’s after one of these games that one of the them discovers a glowing orb. After he realises the orb has unusual powers, he and the rest of his team members escape into the desert, and go on a quest that will lead to a perilous confrontation with the corporation and change the face of the planet.

 

This movie brings back so many memories hence the high rating!
