Michael visits Berlin under the guise of returning his ex-girlfriends keys, but is secretly hoping he can rekindle their relationship. Unfortunately just as he's about to enter her building a virus outbreak rapidly spreads throughout the apartment complex and beyond, leaving him trapped in his ex's apartment. Fearful of leaving their apartments after witnessing the horrors in the courtyard below, the remaining residents communicate by shouting across to each others windows high above the growing carnage below.

Review:
It's difficult to review this movie without giving too much away, but I will say it was a pleasant surprise and was nice to see that the filmmakers put a new spin on a somewhat overused concept.  Was also refreshing to see an average Joe in the lead role, who was not only likable but also quite selfless, which is a departure from the usual.

Overall very entertaining with a few new ideas, definitely worth a watch.
