The year is 2053, the earth has been devastated by a military experiment gone wrong. The ozone layer is gone, radioactive clouds drift across the plains, and unpredictable, intense bursts of ultra-violet sunlight. If that is not bad enough there is the killer motor gangs looking to steal everything including your flesh. A group of travelers lead by bounty hunter Stark (Micheal Ironside)are trying to get from the frontier town of Jericho to the paradise safe haven of Neon City in an armored RV.

Review:
Not a bad B movie, if you are into "Mad Max" type films then I would highly recommend this film. Its well put together for a B movie, fair story and sub plots, has a few good ideas in it, a steady flow of action and is not too cheesy. The only down side is that its rather hard to find.
