Roddy piper is Hell the hero of the story. He's a prisoner of the women who after a limited nuclear exchange now run the USA. Results of the war are that mutants have evolved, and the human race is in danger of extinction due to infertility. Hell is given the task of helping in the rescue of a group of fertile women from the harem of the mutant leader. Hell cannot escape since he has a bomb attached to his groin which will detonate if he strays more than a few hundred yards from his guards.

Review:
Hell comes to frogtown is a little gem of a B Movie. It has all that a classic post nuclear B movie needs, a cheesy but funny script, dodgy Mutants and of course half naked women trying to survive in a apocalyptic world without enough men . Now that you have heard that dont let it put you off, Yes its silly and has very little plot to speak of, but it makes up for it with cheese and rather foolish humor. Its not brilliant but it will make you laugh not just at the acting or the half naked women but at yourself when you realize it kept you sitting watching it right up to the end.
