Dawn of the Dead is an up to date remake of George A. Romero's low budget 1970s Zombie classic.

 

As dawn breaks an unsuspecting nation wakes up to a world of mayhem as a virus is spreading out of control turning ordinary humans into flesh eating zombies. A few survivors fight off the onslaught of the Undead and barricade themselves in a shopping mall but they struggle to solve their own differences which ultimately becomes the biggest threat to their survival.

 

A very well thought out remake of the original that has everything a good zombie flick should have including dark humour, shocks, frills and plenty of blood and guts!
