This 50s B-movie is set in the ruins of a post-nuclear New York City where society has descended into animalistic warring clans.

 

The movie tells the story of three of these clans as they battle against each other. The direction and acting isn’t out of this world and neither is the set design and story. However this is an early example of movie writers tackling the subject, of what effects Nuclear war would have on the fabric of society and for that reason this maybe of interest, otherwise I'd pass on this one.
